Who do I contact if I have any questions? When you are shopping on www.dolphingirl.com.au you can contact us through the Contact Us page, or you can send an email to info@dolphingirl.com.au. We use PayPal for all our online payments, including Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and debit cards. We also accept cheques and direct deposits to our bank account. No order will be processed until the credit card has been authorised, the direct deposit confirmed or the cheque banked by our office. If making a payment by cheque, address the cheque to Dolphin Girl Pty Ltd, PO Box 531 Freshwater, NSW 2096 Australia. Make sure you include your Order number, for example, by writing it on the back of the cheque. To speed up processing, please email us at accounts@dolphingirl.com.au when you have mailed the cheque. If making a direct deposit into our bank account the details are: Bank: National Australia Bank, Account Name: Dolphin Girl Pty Ltd, BSB: 082146, Account Number:867390806. Make sure you include your Order number in the Description/Reference field so we can match this payment to your order. Once the deposit has been made, please email us at accounts@dolphingirl.com.au to advise us. How do I know that my online payment is secure? We use PayPal to ensure that our customers can make secure online payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make credit card payments through PayPal. What is Dolphin Girl's Privacy Policy? Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or give any of your personal information (name, email address, credit card information) to anyone, under any circumstance. We do not keep any credit card information as all credit card payments are processed through PayPal. Your information is solely used to process your order with us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information. Will I be contacted when I have placed an order? If you provide an email address when ordering, then one email will be sent providing an order confirmation after the order is completed. Another email will be sent when the order is shipped. This would normally be the same day, or the next day after paymnet is received. We will not send any further emails unless the purchase is returned to us with address unknown, or we absolutely have to, for example if there was a problem processing the order. How is my purchase delivered and what are the delivery charges? All customer orders are shipped using Australia Post. The delivery charge is calculated by Australia Post during the entry of your order. It is based on the weight and size, and includes the cost of the packaging. Your order is placed in a bubble-wrap mailer for protection. We do not add any service fees. How long will it take to ship my order? Our policy is to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (sooner if possible). You will be notified by email if the order will take longer to ship. Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days from time of shipment, within Australia. We ship all our orders in Australia and overseas through Australia Post. What if I am not at home when Australia Post delivers the order? Within Australia, Australia Post will leave the order in your mail box unless it doesn’t fit. We package the order in bubble wrap which increases the size. Some orders may not fit in conventional size letterboxes. In such cases, Australia Post leaves an Australian Post calling card, a small white card which tells you which Australia Post branch the parcel can be collected from (normally your closest branch). What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at accounts@dolphingirl.com.au for a return authorisation number. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition packed in bubble-wrap, with this return authorisation number. The address for returns is: Dolphin Girl Pty Ltd (Attention: Returns) PO Box 531 Freshwater NSW 2096 Australia. If the item is returned after the 14 day period, no refunds will be issued. Return shipping is not reimbursed. Why is the jewellery so affordable? Our jewellery is made specifically for us and we purchase directly from our manufacturers. The items are made using brass and then plated with either rhodium to achieve a silver finish or 14ct gold to achieve a gold finish. What is the jewellery plated with? We use rhodium for our silver finish as over the long term it remains brighter than silver because of its superior resistance to tarnishing and scratching. It is a very popular plating metal because it gives a smooth, shiny and expensive looking surface. We use 14ct gold for our gold finish. The earring posts are made from stainless steel. How do I keep my jewellery looking nice? You may use a soft tissue or cloth to clean the jewellery. Avoid wearing the jewellery when bathing or washing and keep it away from any chemicals (for example, take off your rings when cleaning or washing up). When not wearing your jewellery store it in a clean soft bag or box. Do you have a printed catalogue that can be sent out by mail? Sorry, but to keep our costs low we don’t have a printed catalogue. All our products are displayed on the website.
